Cancellation Policy.

If you cancel or change your booking within 24 hours of your appointment with us, you are responsible for the cost of your session. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you make an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time to take care of your needs. You need to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to change your appointment. We waive this for emergencies only. This is with respect to us and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time. You may send someone else in your place, just let us know.

As cancellations for beauty treatments have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is non-refundable and will be placed on an account with us. This is transferable and can be used for future beauty treatments or product purchases.

Deposits Required: All services now longer than 1 hour are required to make a 50% deposit. This is a non- refundable deposit should you cancel within the time frames stipulated in our cancellation policy.
